This class is designed for adults who have no or very little experience in the water. Participants will learn to float, glide, kick, and swim front and back crawl, as well as learn to tread water and different possible entries into the water. Price $40
This class is designed for adults who are able to swim, but need to work on stroke technique. Technique will be developed over 50 m of front and back crawl. Participants will improve their endurance through two interval trainings, completion of the Canadian Swim to Survive Standard, and 25 m sprint front crawl. Participants will also be introduced to the basics of breaststroke, standing dives, and various underwater skills. Price $40
+This class emphasizes aquatic fitness while continuing to develop more efficient stroke technique. Participants will be challenged with a 300 m workout, 4 x 50 m interval training, and 25-50 m of sprint front crawl, back crawl, or breaststroke. Participants will also develop basic lifesaving skills through eggbeater, scissor kick, and legs-only surface support. Price $40

+These beginners will become comfortable jumping into water with and without a lifejacket. They'll learn to open their eyes, exhale, and hold their breath underwater. They'll work on floats, glides, and kicking on their front and back. Price $30

They'll be able to support themselves at the surface without an aid, learn whip kick, swim 10 m on their front and back, and be introduced to flutter kick interval training (4 x 5m). Price $30
