Come join us in Level 1 to get comfortable being, and getting into, water with and without a PFD. Working with our fun and skilled instructors, you’ll open your eyes, exhale and holding your breath underwater, float, glide and kick through the water on your front and back. Swimmer 2 is the next level for those who are comfortable in the water but maybe haven't quite mastered their skills or are uncomfortable in deep water. Working with our dynamic and fun instructors, you will jump into deeper water and learn to be comfortable falling sideways into the water wearing a PFD. With the encouragement and guidance of our skilled instructors, you’ll be able to support yourself at the surface without an aid, learn whip kick, swim 15 m on your front and back, and be introduced to flutter kick interval training.
