Our Fitness Instructor Training (F.I.T.) program is designed to prepare the fitness enthusiast to lead safe and effective group exercise classes. Join us for a six hour in-person workshop to kickstart your instructor training. After completion of the one-day workshop, we meet weekly to give you hands on practice teaching a variety of formats - from Panther Sculpt to Cardio Kickboxing. We will meet weekly for 2 hours for 8 weeks. This course will prepare you to lead fitness classes at the SRC and prepare you for a nationally accredited group fitness certification.
