Registration on RWC Connect
Yoga for Stress Management is a 6-week small group class series (2 classes per week) in which participants learn personalized stress and anxiety reduction techniques to improve health & wellness. Participants can expect to strengthen body & mind in this special offering which is designed and led by a certified Yoga Therapist.
Cost: $60
Classes meet twice per week in the Mindbody Studio
The series runs from January 27- March 6.
