Figure Skating is an introductory program for skaters who wish to learn and experience various areas of figure skating, free skating, dancing, stroking, and precision skating. Hockey Skills and Drills (Beginner)

The Beginner Hockey Skills and Drills class focuses on the fundamental techniques used in hockey. Hockey Skills and Drills (Intermediate/Advanced)

The Intermediate Hockey Skills and Drills class improves on existing hockey skills. Instructors focus on bringing in drills that work on power skating, advanced passing, stick handling and shooting to improve players’ game. Power Skating

Power Skating is for those who have taken the Learn to Skate program or have basic skating skills (able to skate forward, backwards, and turn and stop in both directions). This class is intended to improve technique, control, balance and power. The focus will be on starting, stopping, striding, turns and transitions in both forwards and backwards directions.
