We teach in a friendly and approachable environment with both male and female instructors. Additionally, we provide leadership development and teacher training to advanced level students. To register, talk to one of the instructors at any of our classes. Classes are available to try at any time, simply bring some comfortable workout clothes (avoid shorts and jeans).
