AUBURN STRONG is a 12-week health and wellness challenge providing participants with tools, tips, and training to establish balanced, sustainable lifestyle change. With a dual focus on mind and body, the challenge prepares participants in key fitness areas lasting well beyond the program’s conclusion.
Meditation and Mindfulness: This one-day transformational training uses a multilayered approach to mantra and chakra meditations to balance the nervous system and bring greater awareness to the mind and the body. An essential 'Healer Heal Thyself' selfcare tool for all yoga therapists, healthcare professionals, and yoga teachers to reflect, regroup, and be able to serve the needs of their clients and students effectively.

Pump Up Your Heart
Pump Up Your Heart is an annual fitness event to promote health and wellness on the Auburn University campus, through participation in Group Fitness.
Group Fitness pass holders are encouraged to attend Group Fitness classes throughout the month for a chance to win a Pump Up Your Heart t-shirt.
Sororities also compete among themselves to earn coveted practice space for their annual Greek Sing competition.
Come to RECxpo (pronounced REXPO) on March 25, 2019! Talk to students who are an integral part of the Recreation and Wellness Center, the professionals who manage the programs, and the experts behind the scenes.
