BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired-dance-fitness class that draws from Bhangra, Bollywood, and folk dances from India.The music is ultra high energy and participants are encouraged to unleash their inner rock star.


Cardio Blast

In just 45 minutes, get a full body, cardio workout with blasts of toning. This challenging class incorporates kickboxing, athletic movements and even dance to create the ultimate workout. Each class offers a different challenge! Minimal equipment is used.


Hip Hop Step

Hip Hop Step is an intense, non-stop cardio step class. Featuring new Hip Hop such as 'Watch me Whip' and 'Hit the Quan' -- and throwbacks to Walk it Out, 2-Step, and Stanky Leg, the rhythmic choreography is designed to give you a full-body challenge.
