February: Bolly X & Kickboxing

Bolly X is only 30 minutes of Bollywood-inspired-dance-fitness. BollyX is a class that draws from Bhangra, Bollywood, and folk dances from India.The music is ultra high energy and participants are encouraged to unleash their inner rock star. Join us for a taste of Bollywood!

Kickboxing is a cardio class that combines punches, kicks, and body weight combos to get your heart rate up and work the entire body. Speed, agility, coordination, power and strength improve with each session.
